Fight Mid Day Crash
Simply, Eat better.
I have been crashing out at about 1 pm everyday. For the past three years. I mean I don’t fall asleep. I just get such a zombie thing going, I can’t keep my head up. So I laid off the big heavy meats at lunch. I started eating softer foods and more vegetables and fruits. I laid off the coffee in the morning and totally cut out the energy drinks all together. More tea and natural fruit drinks instead of sodas.
Most of all, stop eating heavy at lunch.
The day isn’t so bad anymore. I do miss the taste of a good cup of coffee.
